01. Talk

After you fill out the inquiry form, we start with a discovery call to discuss what’s not working and what you’re hoping to achieve. 

Then we meet for an in-home consultation to assess the space and explore what’s possible. After this visit, you’ll receive a tailored proposal outlining scope, timeline, and investment.

02. Plan

Once you approve the proposal, we design your personalized systems.

First, we return to take inventory, measure, and assess flow. Then we move into planning work: sourcing, closet design, and the details needed before implementation.

03. Edit

We do the heavy lifting by sorting and categorizing your belongings. We bring you in only for the decisions that require your input, so your time can be focused and efficient.

 If items need to be donated, we also help coordinate this. 

04. Organize

We transform your space with precision and care.

Our team manages everything from installation and organization to labeling and finishing touches.

05. Live Easier

When we’re finished, we walk you through your new systems so you know exactly how they work. And if life changes later, we’re here for questions, seasonal refreshes, and ongoing support.

No need to tidy up- really! We prefer to see your space as it is, allowing us to create solutions and organization strategy tailored to you.

You only need to be present for the editing portion, which we make efficient and easy for you. For the rest, you can trust us as the professional organizers to handle everything while you go about your day.

It depends on the size of your home and how many spaces need organizing help. Some projects focus on a few key areas like the kitchen, pantry, and entryway. Others involve multiple rooms that need to work together. After the in-home consultation, we provide a custom proposal outlining the recommended scope, timeline, and next steps.

Decluttering (editing) is one part of the process. Our approach is much more thorough than this. We build systems to create calm, ease, and daily peace of mind. So it’s not only about ‘less stuff’, but a home that runs smoothly and supports your busy life!

We’ll handle regular trash disposal during our sessions according to your building or home’s guidelines. For larger items or bulk removal, we partner with an eco-friendly junk removal service that can pick up directly from your home for an additional fee.

With our home organizing service, we manage the entire process. That includes the in-home consultation, space planning and measuring, product sourcing and purchasing, delivery tracking, vendor coordination, editing, implementation, labeling, and styling.

You’re not piecing the project together on your own. You’re collaborating with us at the start and through the edit. From there, we lead, applying our organization systems expertise through to final implementation.

We also offer a one-hour Virtual Strategy Session for clients who want expert guidance for a single space and plan to handle the implementation themselves.

While we primarily serve Manhattan, we work with clients in their seasonal homes throughout The Hamptons, North Fork, and The Jersey Shore. We evaluate these projects on a case-by-case basis to ensure we can deliver the same high-touch service our clients expect.
